Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting Oliver AI to your Square account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Oliver AI provides:

Natural language inventory management
Production day logging
Waste tracking with cost calculations
Sales reconciliation

3. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid Square merchant account
Have authority to bind your business

4. Account and Access

You authorize Oliver AI to access your Square account via OAuth. You can revoke access anytime through Square Dashboard → Apps → Manage Apps.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use Oliver for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the service
Share account credentials

6. Billing

Oliver AI is currently in free beta. Pricing subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your Square data, recipes, and business intelligence. We process data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oliver AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for business losses or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate by revoking OAuth access. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
